We are proud to partner with local businesses and organizations to bring Pre-Fiddlers' Events to the county and town leading up to the 3rd Annual Abingdon Old-Time, Bluegrass & Gospel Fiddlers' Convention.  

  • Sunday, June 16th - Bluegrass & BBQ at The Washington County Park - Sponsored by The Washington County Park Authority

  • Monday, June 17th - Fiddler's Event at Smyth Chapel - Meadowview, VA

  • Tuesday, June 18th - Bluegrass at The Abingdon Farmer's Market - Sponsored by The Crooked Road

  • Wednesday, June 19th - Heritage Music at Summer's Roof Top Restaurant 

  • Thursday, June 20th - Bluegrass & BBQ The Front Lawn of The Martha Washington Inn - Abingdon, VA

  • Friday, June 21st - Abingdon Fiddlers' Convention - Opening Ceremony 5:30PM, Competition Begins at 6:00 PM.  Carson Peters & Iron Mountain Concert at 8:00 PM (Sponsored by: Skyline Bank & Wholesale Vinyl & Aluminum)

  • Saturday, June 22nd - Abingdon Fiddlers' Convention

  • Sunday, June 23rd - Fiddlers Fellowship Service by Simple Rhythms (Free) 10:00 AM

  • Sunday, June 23rd - Abingdon Fiddlers' Convention- Gospel Band Competition (Both Bluegrass & Old-Time) 1:00 PM (NEW for 2024)
